In particular it should be noted that Adverts are not guaranteed to be error free, and it is for the Customer to point out to the Web Site at their earliest opportunity, any errors which need to be rectified. It should also be noted that the relevant Laws should be abided by when advertising anything on this Site. No compensation will be made for errors.

Any liability on our part will be limited to the cost of the Advert placement. Any Advertiser found to be mis-representing their Product or Service on this Site will have their Advert removed and forfeit their Advert fee. In addition, the Advertiser will also be barred from future advertising on this Site. Any disputes may be resolved in the Civil Courts if needbe.
Please note that the nature of this type of Advertising which is typically 'high volume' and 'low cost', makes it an impossibility for this Web Site to be able to verify that each and every Advert is correct in every way. It is thus very important for the Purchasers to satisfy themselves as to the quality and fit for purpose of anything purchased, either by prior visual and documentary checks prior to payment.

If this is not satisfactory, then depending on the situation, we should be in a position to offer you a full refund of your advert fee. In the event that we cannot advertise your requirements due to technical problems, we will do either of a refund, or another advert at a later date.
