If you request a refund or wish to cancel your Advert, then please contact us. We would normally in the first instance offer you a free second Advert. If this is not satisfactory, then depending on the situation, we should be in a position to offer you a full refund of your advert fee. In the event that we cannot advertise your requirements due to technical problems, we will do either of a refund, or another advert at a later date.
